Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège

A busy week at Luna’s, full of news, with an accent on the Liège region!

Whether it is the merger of two leading Belgian customer contact centers or the inauguration at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège of an innovative quadrilingual surtitling software: our press releases made sure it didn’t pass unnoticed! One thing is certain: being at the center of the news makes all the difference to our customers!

The customer contact center iKanbi, based in the Liège region, has taken over the activities of its Antwerp-based peer Harvest. Together, these two contact centers will be the third most important player on the Belgian market.

The television crews were on site last Tuesday, in Loncin and Leuven: Canal Z, Kanaal Z, RTC Télé Liège, ROB-tv…

The information was also widely reported in the written press.

The Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège, for its part, inaugurated SopraTitolo™ at the launch of its opera season, featuring Madama Butterfly (by Giacomo Puccini). This software allows, in Liège, real time surtitling in four languages, projected on 7 LED screens. Optimal visual and listening comfort for everyone in the theater is thereby the aim.

This installation is the work of the Seresian firm Colasse. A news that brought them coverage on TV, radio and digital media (RTC Télé Liège; RTBF Liège, La Libre.be; DHnet.be; L’Avenir.net; etc.) and was highlighted in regional business publications (CCI Mag; etc.).

This multimedia coverage brings our clients new business opportunities. Our mission at Luna, to help our clients increase their visibility to better attain their goals, was well achieved!
