We take your privacy very seriously. When you visit our website, we collect your personal data that is relevant to us. We process your data in order to meet the purposes for which we need it. Just like you, we attach great importance to this data. That is why we do everything possible to keep it safe.

Luna BV/SRL (Steenbergstraat 26, 1560 Hoeilaart) complies with the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on protection of privacy and the processing of personal data.

The personal data you share with us will be used for the management of our clients and to send our newsletters, in order to keep you informed of our activities and for marketing purposes. Your data will never be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time.

What data do we collect and for what purposes?

In our contact form, we collect the following data:

  • Telephone number (optional)

We need this data so that we can contact you and offer you the most relevant information.
If you respond to our messages via the public response form, your data will be saved. This includes your name and e-mail address, possibly your website and your comments. In addition to this data, the IP address of all visitors and the browser version used are saved, in order to help detect spam.

How is your personal data collected?

The information that you send us via the website is stored in a secured WordPress database which runs on a server hosted by our hosting provider Combell. Your data are secure there. Luna does not grant permission for third parties to share personal data.

The general contact page uses a ‘Fluent Forms’ plug-in. By itself, this plug-in does not store any data. The completed data are sent by e-mail to Luna BV/SRL. No data are sent to third parties.
This also applies to registration for our newsletters.

If you publicly comment on our publications, an anonymized thread based on your e-mail address (also known as a ‘hash’) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. You will find the page on the privacy policy at the link: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Once your response has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible within your response.

Luna BV/SRL does not collect any personal data from children. If however you believe that we have inadvertently saved such data, we recommend that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can immediately take the appropriate measures.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Luna BV/SRL keeps your personal data no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.
Once we no longer need to use these data, we will keep them for a maximum of five years.When you leave a comment that comment and the metadata associated with that comment are stored forever. This allows us to automatically identify and approve follow-up comments, instead of having to moderate them.
If you wish to delete your comments, please let us know so that we can immediately take the appropriate measures.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer your data, as well as the right to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of your data, if this consent is the legal basis for the processing.

The luna.be website uses cookies. These are small data files that are automatically saved on your computer (or on another device), in order to facilitate general browsing behaviour on the site by remembering your personal settings and preferences. Cookies do not store any data that could identify the visitor.

Luna only uses functional or necessary cookies. These cookies are necessary to ensure the website’s proper functioning.

For this purpose, this website uses Google Analytics.
These tools are not able to identify individuals. The information collected is anonymous.
Luna BV/SRL had concluded an agreement with Google. Visitors’ IP addresses are made anonymous by automatically removing the last three digits.
In our Google Analytics settings, all options to share data with third parties are disabled. Moreover, Luna BV/SRL does not use other Google services in combination with Analytics cookies.

When you post a comment on our site, you can indicate whether you want us to save your name, e-mail address and website in a cookie. We believe this is important for your convenience. This means that you will not have to fill in this information again when you next make a comment. These cookies are valid for one year.
