Description:

In January 2015, printer/communications company The Factory Brussels (formerly Arte-Print and Megaluna) and printer Claes-Roels announced their intention to merge. Luna handled all aspects relating to communication. This involved producing the strategic messages and the script for the announcement, writing and translating all texts for staff, customers and the press, handling the mail shots for all target groups, supervising matters on the day the announcement was made, maximising coverage of the merger in the press.

The client was subsequently rebranded as DADDY KATE in June. Luna handled the external communications relating to this, which included a commercial mailshot to customers, a newsletter on the rebranding aimed at customers, and a press release and press interviews.

Every month, Luna ensured that the organisation (first Arteprint and Megaluna, then The Factory Brussels, and finally DADDY KATE) appeared in the press as much as possible. In this way, existing and prospective customers received regular updates on developments at the printer-cum-communication company. Luna also wrote e-mail shots aimed at existing and prospective customers, as well as testimonials, newsletters, and blogs / news articles for the website.
