As part of the takeover of B2C distribution of Thermomix in the Benelux, Vorwerk has entrusted Luna with the task of relaunching its business through its subsidiary Vorwerk Benelux.
Vorwerk aims not only to strengthen the brand’s credibility, but also to boost its awareness in the region. Their goal is to build a strong community and a vibrant brand image in the Benelux region to drive Vorwerk’s growth in the long term. Luna began with an in-depth internal survey of Vorwerk Benelux’s employees to identify the DNA of the local community. This analysis helped optimise the company’s HR services and facilitate the integration of the new distribution strategy in the region. Luna then supported Vorwerk in transforming its monthly customer newsletter. Thanks to a modernised design and enriched content, the newsletter has become more qualitative, attractive and in line with customer expectations. At the same time, Luna is organised a major corporate event for the brand. The aim of this event was to strengthen its brand image and generate significant buzz. For this event, Luna also played its PR role by inviting the press to attend and arranging interviews. In terms of content marketing and copywriting, Luna has developed a content strategy for Instagram, focusing on the Thermomix universe and the launch of a new flagship product. This approach aims to engage and retain a strong community around the brand. To top it all off, Luna is facilitating strategic partnerships with influential and renowned chefs in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The collaboration is running smoothly and pleasantly.
