Partenamut is an independent health insurance fund. Mainly active in Brussels and Wallonia, Partenamut has over a million clients and more than 1,000 employees. It makes around 20,000 reimbursements a day.
On behalf of Partenamut, Luna organised a full day’s media training. For that purpose, we worked closely with a professional journalist and cameraman, making use of simulated and filmed interviews. The goal was to prepare and train a team of five people on interview techniques, including how to conduct oneself in front of a camera and how to give complete and concise answers, even on sensitive subjects.
A second project on which Luna worked for Partenamut was the announcement of ‘Vitalité’, an e-coaching mobile app for the fund’s clients. The app revolves around three pillars: healthy eating, staying active and mental well-being. Luna advised Partenamut on the angle to take for this announcement, and drafted a press release for the announcement.
