Your Nature is an eco-resort on a site in the Bois de Péronnes in Antoing, Province of Hainaut, Belgium.
Luna was in charge of press relations for Your Nature and we managed their crisis communication, for example when negative reactions were expressed by any neighbours opposed to the project. The project was still under construction then. We organised press conferences during Open Days. We prepared the press kits, invited and welcomed the journalists and influencers on site and presented the stakeholders to them.
For the resort’s Business Development, we coordinated and participated in brainstorming meetings with the client and the web agency in charge of the design and adverts, so we could jointly develop a strategic communication plan for investors and potential purchasers. To that end, we drafted articles for the website, as well as content for the newsletters, customer cases and invitations (e-mailings), especially for the Open Days on site. We also participated in the meetings organized with potential investors.
