ETSA is a leading European association that focuses on the textile services industry in a primarily professional context (such as the cleaning, dry cleaning and rental of uniforms and hotel linens).
Luna was engaged to complement the work of ETSA’s communications officer. Among other things, we worked on:
- Various press releases and customer e-mail shots relating to a survey carried out by ETSA among employees who wear uniforms (which need to be washed and repaired)
- A survey of ETSA members (conducted through our online module) that looked into the marketing materials they wished to receive from the association
- A press conference marking the association’s 20th anniversary, which was held in Germany for German journalists and other members of the trade press. We also made video based on the presentations given at the press conference and – it goes without saying – a press release was sent to European publications specialising in the area of textile services.
