Luna wrote newsletters and e-mail shots on behalf of the president of this association, which were then e-mailed to members in the president’s name. We wrote most of the texts on the basis of briefings that the association’s director gave over the phone. One of our colleagues also travelled to Greece to attend the association’s annual congress and produce texts about the presentations. In addition, we handled a press release for this association.

We continued our working relationship until the association decided to take on a permanent member of staff to handle communications and copywriting in-house.
