Description:
As Cheops Technology did not have a marketing and communication manager at the time, Luna assumed this role for an extended period. We had a wide range of responsibilities in the area of communication. These included handling press relations on behalf of Cheops, writing and distributing external and internal newsletters, developing customer cases, providing advice relating to the website and producing updates, and writing copy for e-mail shots which we distributed. We also produced an internal communication plan.
