We Invest

We Invest, which was founded in 2014, is a real estate franchisor headquartered in Brussels. It is a scale-up that specialises in new and existing residential real estate located in Belgium. The company offers a new approach to real estate, based on people and technological innovations, and works for the benefit of its real estate agents and franchisees.

To help this scale-up grow its business, Luna has provided We Invest with PR support since 2019. This support consists of advice on what messages to communicate and how those messages should be worded.

Luna has generated visibility for We Invest in Belgium’s regional and national press, and in the real estate, marketing and financial press.

We Invest initially engaged Luna to announce its franchise model to the press. This was followed by many strategic announcements, such as the appointment of Raphaël Mathieu as CEO, the signing of an exclusive contract with BNP Paribas Real Estate, the launch of the first e-commerce platform developed in house by We Invest for its real estate agents, and the signing of a three-year television co-production agreement with the advertising agency IP Belgium and with RTL-TVI, Belgium’s leading privately-owned television channel.

To support its part growth, We Invest raised EUR 1 million from new public and private investors as part of a ‘strategic step’ prior to Series A funding. Those funds were used, among other things, to finance the expansion of the branch network in Flanders that started in 2021.

More specifically, Luna wrote press releases on all the aforementioned topics, handled the follow-up with editors and organised interviews. Thanks to Luna’s efforts and perseverance, We Invest has been able to enjoy plenty of media attention.
