Wesold, the first Belgian iBuyer, specialises in instant buying of residential property in Belgium. The start-up handles the whole process, from the purchase of a property up to its resale, calling on its digital tools. Wesold makes quick offers, buys a property unaltered, with no suspensive clauses and looks after various administrative formalities. Wesold therefore helps to increase the property market’s liquidity, by investing in real estate and by accelerating its turnover rate.

Luna has extensive expertise in the real estate sector. Most notably, Luna successfully presented Wesold’s new concept for real estate (e-buying) to Belgian media (RTBF, lesoir.be, Le Soir Immo, etc.). Luna translated the client’s ideas into practical content. In terms of copywriting, for example, Luna drafted some blogs and news. Luna has also optimised several LinkedIn profiles and drafted posts for relevant social media targeting e-buyers, in both French and Dutch.
