As part of the KUKA Group, Swisslog has access to over 14,000 passionate people around the world on whom its customers can rely.

Swisslog is one of our references and is active in the logistics sector. The copywriting activities we undertook for Swisslog include an article for its newsletter and a customer case for its website. Aside from those activities, we worked primarily on press campaigns targeting journalists in the Benelux region. Most of the press campaigns concerned new collaborations in which Swisslog automated the warehouse of the partner in question.

We also organised media training at Swisslog. A professional journalist from the Flemish community public-service broadcaster VRT was brought in to help Swisslog Belgium’s managing director and sales manager prepare for possible press interviews. As part of this, we prepared two realistic scenarios as well as a Q&A. Finally, we also helped to organise a press event for the opening of the new warehouse of a Swisslog partner in Zwolle (the Netherlands). In the months leading up to that event, we wrote the invitation (and reminder) for journalists, followed this up with phone calls, and developed a Q&A based on questions that might crop up. When the event was held, we welcomed the journalists and provided guidance and assistance with the interviews.
