Information Planet has experienced continuous growth for 10 years and has 8 employees.

Luna advised Information Planet in the context of crisis communication. RTBF asked questions for a critical report on the sector following a client’s dissatisfaction. Luna drafted a positive and transparent statement to assist RTBF in its information gathering. Luna highlighted the very high customer satisfaction rate of Information Planet, clarified the distinction between language stays in private language schools and school exchange programs, “homestay” and “host family” accommodations, the control and selection of accommodations and host families, etc. Information Planet was ultimately not mentioned in the report. We also prepared a Q&A to respond to any other information requests from journalists.
