Trevi is part of the Emeria group, which brings together brands from all over Europe that are specialised in real estate transactions, rental management, real estate management and the management of jointly owned areas. The Emeria group offers a wide range of real estate services, including rental property inventories, statutory property surveys, insurance brokerage, security, property sales and maintenance work on jointly owned areas.

In 2022, Trevi conducted 4,350 transactions in new and existing residential real estate.

Through its brands (Esset, Gestea, Insure, OP, Rencura, Syncura, Trea and Trevi), Emeria supports more than 50,000 customers every day in all stages of the property journey, from renting or buying a property for the first time and moving into a property, to building up an inheritance to pass on, setting up a business or supplementing income.

When it comes to rental management, real estate management and the management of jointly owned areas, Emeria is ranked first in Belgium, France and Germany and second in Switzerland. Emeria also has a presence in Luxembourg and is one of Europe’s leading players in real estate management.

Trevi is one of Belgium’s largest real estate players. Our collaboration with Trevi is aimed at continuing to build on the existing press relations in the French-speaking part of the country and developing press relations in Flanders.

When we started our collaboration, we held a brainstorming session with Trevi that focused on its quarterly trust monitor, came up with a new name for the trust monitor and looked for ways to turn the spotlight on it every quarter. Besides the trust monitor, we also use other topics (a renovated office building, an acquisition, and selling in return for a lifelong annuity) to position Trevi in the press.

Finally, we exchange views and ideas with our client concerning its global strategy, which goes far beyond the traditional boundaries of press relations.
