ImmoPass is the leading independent company for technical control of real estate, focused on bringing transparency to the market and offering a technical quality label for property. To protect consumers and to improve buildings, ImmoPass offers technical audits for residential and office property. An audit includes a professional inspection carried out by an architect approved by ImmoPass using over 80 control points, so as to assess the priority work to be done and the required budgets. ImmoPass works in close collaboration with a network of experienced architects who are trained on a continual basis.

As ImmoPass is active in a niche field, Luna has been creative in finding PR topics that are of interest to more than the specialist press (La Libre Immo, Le Soir Immo, habitos.be, bouwkroniek.be, bouwenenwonen, etc.). ImmoPass has also been featured in the general, local and business press (L’Echo, lesoir.be, l’avenir, Trends, Le Soir, lalibre.be, antennecentre.tv, De Vlaamse Ondernemer, livios.be, etc.). Luna has drafted extensive content through copywriting (e-mail shots, customer cases, product brochures, data sheets, newsletters and blogs). Luna has also optimised the content on the company’s Dutch-language website (as its team is mainly French-speaking).
